To Ms Green Construction
We had repairs of "major water damage" to the interior and exterior of a rear bedroom wall done by Ms. Green Construction with a team of carpenters and gutter installers. Once inside the wall around the window, we could see the results of poor workmanship during the initial job by a company which is no longer in business.
The repairs done by Ms. Green construction were done in 5 days of carpentry and clean up and 1 hour of gutter replacement and powerwashing. THis was all completed within the projected 4-6 weeks from signing the contract.
At this point in time we are extremely satisfied with the finished product. John Brennan and his team were always on schedule, most courteous, and took time to explain what they were doing and what else needed to be done. They were a "delight" to have around.
John Stuth, installation director, frequently came by first to measure for and order supplies, then inspect the work done and to bring supplies and/or assist in cleaning up surplus supplies.
Any concerns we had were quickly resolved.
Without hesitation we will offer a recommendation to our friends and relatives if they are in need of home improvements.

A Letter from a Happy Homeowner!
I would like to express my appreciation in regard to the siding, gutters, and repair work you recently performed on my house. Paul Frescoln did an excellent job of evaluating the problems and explaining both how he proposed they should be fixed and how to prevent them from recurring. The end result is an immense improvement, both functionally and aesthetically. The new vinyl siding on the front of my house makes it much more appealing. Overall, the quality of the materials and the workmanship are excellent, and the results look better than I had expected.
Over the course of the work, Paul also did an excellent job of keeping me informed of how the work was progressing and when people would be at the house. He and all of your other employees were very polite and friendly at all times.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and with the overall experience. Thanks very much for an excellent job!
